About Charles Fleetham

I am the founder and president of Project Innovations, Inc. a Michigan based management consulting firm serving business and government.  I have been a consultant for 25 years, and my number one job has been to help my clients stop doubling down on the same old same old. In other words, I help groups and leaders change. Although it seems like our personalities are fixed, it ain’t necessarily so.

A few people do make deep and lasting changes, and to help them, I’ve written a book entitled The Search for Unrational Leadership. Unrational leaders know how to solve problems that defy reason; they know how to peel back the skin of the world and see what really is.  In the bible it says that without vision the people will perish. No truer words were ever spoken.
