Tapping the Unconscious

Continually looking for new and better ways to help clients succeed, Charlie became interested in noted psychiatrist Carl Jung and his work on psychological types. Jung viewed the unconscious as a deep, mysterious and irrational foundation of one's personality. He believed to truly grow and change as individuals, we must learn how to partner with our unconscious and tap this powerful source of energy and creativity.

Personally, Charlie started exploring these ideas, using techniques such as journaling, drawing, poetry writing and dream recording to delve into his unconscious. He found these exercises incredibly fruitful. Although often challenging, the results enabled him to think more clearly, solve problems more effectively, and set honest and fulfilling goals. While not traditional, these exercises were the most effective he had ever used for fulfilling his leadership potential.
