Jo Anna Trierweiler
(J.T.) is a Senior Facilitator and Shareholder with Project
Innovations. An educator by training, she has been an integral
part of Project Innovation's success in strategic planning
and public involvement facilitation over the last 6 years
A successful management
consultant, speaker and coach for over 17 years, J.T. believes
conscious change is critical for success. She has worked extensively
with non-profit, business and municipal leaders to create
and implement strategic plans. She has also created innovative
modules for organizational change and has coached hundreds
of managers on talent application and strategic planning.
J.T. spearheaded Project
Innovations' non-traditional community involvement process
that establishes early public participation and a strong feedback
loop as critical success elements for encouraging and supporting
public involvement. JT has partnered with numerous communities
including Brownstown Township, the Charter Township of Brighton,
Charter Township of Milford, Charter Township of Waterford,
the City of Allen Park, the City of Detroit, the City of Grand
Rapids, Davison Township, and Williamstown Township to develop,
implement and assist with the management of strategic planning
and public involvement campaigns.
Prior to coming to
PI, J.T. served for many years in the areas of education and
government.
