Overview
When Pat DiGiovanni, the City Manager of Kalamazoo, Michigan,
needed to provide his staff with new perspectives on some
old issues, he knew exactly who to call: Charlie Fleetham.
Project Innovations had worked with Pat and his staff
for several years on a variety of organizational development
issues. Now Pat wanted Charlie to lead an Unrational
Leadership™ workshop to arm his staff with a toolkit of
different problem-solving methods and paradigms. He got that
and more.
"Charlie's approach and methods are unique, non-traditional,"
said DiGiovanni, "and very effective."
Charlie got to the heart of Unrational Leadership™ by presenting
tools, and then showing the group how to use those tools
effectively. They included:
|
|
| • |
Drawing mandalas |
|
A drawing technique that
integrates chaotic thoughts and feelings into a coherent picture |
| • |
Tapping the unconscious |
|
Unique techniques for accessing
hidden and powerful creativity |
| • |
Unleashing the power of dreams |
|
An excellent process for
analyzing a complex problem |
|
|
"Charlie helped us grow together as a team," said DiGiovanni.
In this Unrational Leadership™ Workshop, Charlie provided unique
and powerful problem-solving tools to key city managers.
