"I worked with Teresa Weed Newman on a complex assignment that required the construction of a valid employee questionnaire to be used world-wide.   This project required that validity standards be established, and that a questionnaire be devised, tested for validity, and then reconstructed and administered in such a way that validity standards would be met.   The project required a combination of statistical/research skills, that I supplied as a contractor to Project Innovations, and human resources and research skills that were provided by Teresa.   Because the questionnaire was to receive worldwide application, construction of valid questions had to be in consideration of language and cultural variables.   Through the entire project I was impressed with Teresa's ready grasp of the complicated statistical methods that were employed, her proficiency at drafting questions to meet validity criteria, her sensitivity to language and cultural conditions, her skill in the handling of employee focus groups, and her overall "go-go" brand of project management.   I'd work with her again at the drop of a hat."
