Teresa Weed Newman is Vice President of Marketing and Human
Resources, shareholder, and senior facilitator at Project Innovations.
She is a graduate of Walsh College, and is pursuing a doctorate
degree in Depth Psychology. Teresa joined Project Innovations
in 2001, bringing her passion for Organizational Change and
years of business experience, specifically Human Resources,
to the team. She has been involved in several initiatives focused
on building stronger relationships within municipal and private
organizations. Teresa is a member of the Board of Advisors for
the "101 Detroit Best and Brightest Companies to Work For",
working to support organizations who are dedicated to recruiting,
training and retaining talented professionals; and the Automotive
Women's Alliance (AWA), an organization committed to providing
a forum for women to pursue professional development and networking
with their peers.
Teresa's history as a Human Resource Consultant and Business
Professional with strong technical knowledge, leadership skills,
and an ability to create and maintain relationships at all
organization levels is a positive addition to Project Innovations'
team. Her experience spans a variety of industries, including
automotive, engineering, non-profit, financial services,
and information technology.
